black mesh theme with dialer

I recently downloaded a black mesh today theme for my mogul. I like it especially with my ultimate launcher. I also downloaded a mesh dialer to go along with it. The only problem is, i dont know how to activate the dialer. Its supposed to be under a "myphoneskin" folder and i have no idea how to get to it and, when I do, what to do with it. Any ideas?
