SPB Mobile Shell Question

Afternoon all,

I have created a SPB 2.12 theme that I am still tweaking. One of the things I would like to do is replace the stand SMS/MMS link with SMS-Chat on the Today screen. I have searched but for the life of me cannot figure out how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction?
