Request: Dominican Republic flag?

Could someone PLEASE make a theme for the Mogul/Titan/PPC-6800 of the dominican republic flag in the middle with a solid black background. I would prefer that the bars where the softkeys and battery symbols, etc. are located would be blue (the same color as the blue in the flag) and the menu highlights and selections the same blue as well. Sorry about being picky, but if anyone could help me then thanks in advance.
