all those first like 4-5 pages were for qvga phones. so the res is 240x320 not gonna come close to 480x800, try the vga ones and see if they work better and since i dont have the caddy one converted to VGA yet...... here you go

Wait... did you make that spinning Cadillac logo yourself? I have been looking for 2 years for info on how to make a spinning logo from a static image! Could you teach me? PLEASE?!?!

no sadly i did not

i possess no artistic tallent, just have an eye for what i like and been lucky enough to find things easily enough. i just found a way to resize animations and have them not come out too funky. pm me if you need more info.

Hey All!

I found this pic & am currently using it for as a background for S2U2. I don't know anything about GIF animations or really how they are created but I was wondering if there is anyway to get this pic animated. Maybe having the grass blowing or the windmill in the background spinning...or both if its even possible.

Oh Wow!! I didn't even think about rain! They're both great! I figured the windmill/grass idea would be hard but I couldn't think of anything to animate on the image really. I just like it & thought something moving on it would make it great! Thanks for your help!! =D>

is there anywhere to get vga gifs for s2u2 background? all of these are boxed in and look small on my diamond.

read the first post closely. vga animations are later in the thread. if there is one you want here that is only in qvga, let me klnow and i will resize it for you.

I just got back into S2u2 yesterday when I saw a new version came out, I had loved it so much but it was a bit unstable on my phone back in the day. Now it seems to be working great, and then I discover this thread! I had forgotten you could use gifs, and next thing I know I find a ton all right here! Thank you so much Rdd, and everyone else who contributed. This is a must have thread for anyone using S2U2.
