Hey help out the skinners please

In all of this tfl3d, tfl2d, and Manila madness us conventional skinners have been left out of the loop. Most of the themes that I have seen for these apps are only being posted in cab format. Now for us to skin this stuff we need to actually launch the app then go through the painstaking task of searching for the files in the Windows directory. This very time consuming. I have seen alot of clocks and icons that I would like to skin and develope variations of the themes but nobody seems to want to post the component files to these themes. Then again Im not even sure if we can get these clocks to work on the Mogul or touch like from here
