Sorry for being a newb, but what is the Smart Dial function they are talking about the Pauly's dialer disabling? I dont know if its something i even use or not.

go to the phone and with the dial pad, type in a name of someone, like brian would be 27426, and as you type a drop down box will appear and show you matching names and numbers. you may only need to type B(2) R(7) and there it will say brian Phone#, click on it and there you go. you can click down and then left/right to change mobilehom/work/etc. so much faster then scrolling through the contacts.

I use jimm98y's dialer also. Love the big buttons AND smartdial. Too bad Paulya never got around to having smartdial in the rest of his work

whats the best iphone dialpad out that has both numbers and letters on the keypad?

most of which ive seen dont have that, or they are just buggy as heck
