Ok - so put the 'Large' and 'Small' folder directly into the windows directory overwriting the originals??? Is this correct?

not the folder it self, but the contents of the folders..and yes directly in windows follow and click overide for each icon.

when I replace the original icons with yours, when going to my sms my manila2d plugin crashes and go back to the tap here to launch touchflo, also my settings screen doesnt come up when selecting the tab.

what device are you using? and Oh by the way the is a known problem with Manila build 11 thats not caused by the Icons.
