custom today screen..i know i know

so after d/l themes and various other programs and USING the search i have hit rock bottom....

what i WOULD LIKE is..i just simply want a way to use my own icons (i am an adobe certified graphic artist) in which i know how to convert to bit map and the appropriate sizes

i have a black theme
i have ui tweaker
i'm familiar with claunch (older version the new one i use seems a bit diff)

so PLEASE what exactly do i need to use/download just to set my own icons to my todays screen or on top of..be able to map the icons to make them work..i would greatly appreciate any help anyone could offer

it is simple i guess... go to settings >today> items, make sure c launch is checked... then to edit is press and hold on claunch to get to the settings. to see a nicely customized one check out this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...=dwizzy+iphone
