Cool themes included in WM6.0 not available in 6.1/kitchen?

First of all thanks to the contributing developers on this, its been amazing to be able to update the OS on my Sprint PPC 6700. I instantly fell in love with the cool (and not gratuitously/obnoxiously colorful) themes that came prepackaged in the 6.0 ROM. Today I used the kitchen to cook my own ROM in order to upgrade to 6.1 and there are fewer themes available. What gives? The ones I liked the most aren't even available in the kitchen software to select for inclusion in the ROM - does anyone know where to find them separately online?
