1. Open Layouts.dat with Winzip, or winrar
2. Extract Lockscreen.xml file using "b0fm18zq" as password
3. Delete any referrence to the "r2" plugin
4. Save your edited xml file.
5. Save it up in the Layouts.dat file again with the above password.
6. Replace the newly edited Layouts.dat with the one you're using.
7. Soft reset your phone. You're done.

If you don't know how, post your layouts.dat file. I'll help you get rid of the icon.

Re: help with spb mobile shell

The files should all be in Programs/SPB Mobile Shell. If you can't see them then you might need something like TotalCommander or RescoExplorer to view and change them.

late,
Coz

That would be the 10th file on the 2nd pictures. "qa_layouts" didn't show the extension .dat since you didn't enable it.

Sigh. Sounds like it's going to be too much work for you.

Do you at least know how to copy that "qa_layouts" file from your phone directory shown above to your computer, and upload it to this website?

If you know, please do so. I'll fix it for you. I can't use too much space on this thread to explain the basic computer operation, let alone the editting of the xml files.
