WAD Question

Before I updated to 6.1 on my touch, I had a shortcut button pointing to windows mobile settings.

/windows/htcSettings.exe

Anybody know how to do this after the 6.1 update?
htcsettings.exe doesn't exist anymore, and I can't seem to find the exe that brings up settings.

Please be more clear about what types of settings you are referencing.

I'm talking about the main phone settings that come up under the start menu. Then there are 3 tabs "Personal", "System" and "Connections"

I'm using Torx wisbar iphone skin, and the only reason I have to go into the start menu is to get to settings. I'd like to have a button to directly link to it.
