The Omnia and the iPhone Mobile Shell skins you have quoted the links to will not work on the Diamond, which has a VGA screen. The Kingdom Hearts skin is for VGA so would work on the Diamond. There may be other Omnia or iPhone skins that are made for VGA, but I have not seen any yet. I have one I am working on called Windows Field Revisited, which is an update to my first attempt at skinning Mobile Shell. I also have another skin called Ultimate WM7 that I am still trying to make VGA compatable. See links below.

Another option is to learn how to do some skinning yourself. If you learn how to do that, you can convert any skin you want to VGA. You can find a lot of Mobile Shell skinning information at xda-developers.com.
