looks really nice, i posted on a different forum (music) with a couple windows mobile users too and one of them speculated that its a custom ROM of some sort

thats a modded ipod touch, not sprint touch.
the programs are summerboard and some program launcher i forget the name of. Either way, its not too important because its just a jailbroken ipod.
