Re: Carbon Fibre

Some very nice looking Skins/Themes there!

However dude, scale down the graphics on the site, I personaly can't stand sites I have to adjust my screen res to see, and even then I still have to pan all over the place and wait forever for the images to load. I use 1024x768 routinely and do not expect to have to scroll around significantly to veiw a site - especially one geared at handheld devices, where one may visit the site with a pda.

The quality of work looks great!!! But please do your users a favor and tone down the site graphics.

p.s. I really like the carbon look, very clean!

Re: Carbon Fibre

Not bad but I agree that the resolution is to much.
Couldn't get the whole page
to open with netfront (memory)

Thanks for yhe comments.I do appreciate the size problem as i use the same resoloution myself. The size for the images came from not being able to size the images down of carbon fibre without distortion and then making them totally usless to veiw. As such I've had to host it on my own server.

Re: Carbon Fibre

Well if you are doing these great skins, I would hope you are optimizing the images to be as small as poosible while still being clear.

Why not break that one big image down into smaller images and just let people scroll down to see them all?

Here is a zip of quick and dirty chop job of your big image.
