Can anyone help me find this theme

I bought a disk on ebay that was supposed to have it and well it doesn't

thats not just a theme, it looks like there are a couple programs necessary to get the today screen to look like that. One is HTC Home, Its third image you have, the first looks like Ultimate Launcher but i could be wrong. Those two programs are free, if you search for them im sure you will find it here. Im not sure on the second image, maybe rLtoday but ive never used it before so... hope this helps!!!
