Artist needed for Icon Project

I am looking for a creative genius who can help me. I am no artist, but who would be willing/able to make some cool 16x16 icons and bmp's?

Who would like to change the top bar and many other system icons? I'll extract them all tomorrow night. I'll need help id'ing some of them and of course some artist to create some new ones. This is just something I thought of...

Who knew the beachball is 32x32 and contains 16 frames/bmp files????
