General HTC Touch question?

How do I change the default picture when I have to unlock my phone with a slidebar? It's currently a flower and I want none of this.

Windows/gfx/"wallpaper"
Just rename whatever picture you want to wallpaper and place it in the directory and it will overwrite the original flower

where does the windows folder showup? are you referring to the actual phone? i do not see any windows folder in there.

use your file explorer and go to the root directory, you'll see the windows folder in there.
