UltimateLaunch Issues...

Hey all,
So now that I've flashed many roms and tweaked like crazy, I'm trying to set up my today screen. Got UltimateLaunch, and I'm trying to set up my icons and tabs with it...a few issues:

1) I tried to make SPB Weather one of the tabs in UL,and when I go to the tab for SPB Weather, it now says "Unable to load DLL". What do I do?

2) I converted some icons from .png to .ico (because UL apparently only takes .ico icons), and when I try to select the new .ico icon it won't load. I didn't change anything in the process of conversion. What is wrong here?

3) Anyone know where I can get more .ICO (UL compatible) icons? I see so many great icons on here...iPhone, "Ultimate Icon Set" , etc. but very few have .ICO (UL compatible) icons! Or maybe I just am not doing it right? Help please!

Make sure that you deselect (uncheck) the apps you are using on UL in tabs, on your today settings in items.

With the ".ico", try setting the size of the icons to the following, ex: 16x16, 24x24 32x32 or 48x48... Once you resize them to the correct format UL should pick the icon and display them.

There many icons on this resourceful site that are set to work with UL.
