Yes, that's fine, but if I want to manually choose themes on my Touch, in order to be in the Today list, they need to be in the Windows folder.

So if I use this program as well, then the .tsk files need to be in another folder as well. Why cant they be in the Windows folder where they need to be, by default with the phone? Seems awfully silly to me.
