I still can't figure this out and am at my wit's end pardon the pun. I did as the one person who replied me and still nothing happened when I soft reset. Could someone please help me here and I have many learning disiabilities, feel pretty stupid and have tried for almost 3 days now and still nothing. I will even pay, not a bribe, someone to get this theme working for me. THX, Kevin

4.Spb Mobile Shell: \Program Files\Spb Mobile Shell\
5.Weather Panel: + Dash Icon Folder: copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Icons\ ; Shine WP II Folder : copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Themes\

You have to copy all the files from the littlerainWM7 folder. So for example lets say you do the PCMkeyboard first. You open littlerainWM7 then go to PCMkeyboard and copy the three files within PCMkeyboard and paste them into \program files\PCMkeyboard. You do the exact thing for all of the above.
@strawsy,
Kevin here. I did as you suggested and nothing happened. I am feeling pretty retarded here but could you please help me more if possible. Like what program did you use to copy and paste these files to their respective folders and how do you do this? THX VERY MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP ME THOUGH. KEVIN

did you install those programs first? these folders are just the skins...
install pocketcm and pocketcm keyboard, install weatherpanel, install rltoday and install spb mobile shell...

now you need to go into file explorer and go to my device/program files... this is where you find each program, open its folder and put the "Skins" in their respectful place...

is this what you have been doing?

Yes, and thanks also for trying to help me yet it appears I might be retarded and am about ready to give up which I don't do easily. I have all of these programs on my touch cruise so this is not my problem. However, if I use the built in file explorer and do as you said it brings me to the built in zip folder, driving me nuts, and instead of 5 files to transfer it shows me like 80 files or images within the whole littlerain7 folder. This is where I am stuck and Resco fILE eXPLORER, MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONE BUILT IN, DOES NOT HELP OR tOTAL COMMANDER DOES NOT HELP. NOW WHAT, KEVIN. P.S. SORRY FOR THE CAP'S AND NOT ON PURPOSE.

Yes, and if you say so yet you appear more optimistic than I am right now. How about you treat me like a little kid and we start right from the beginning and on my end I am going to delete all of the extra programs on my device which are making me more confused, resco total commander etc and then I am going to only have pocker rar on my device, the 5 programs I need and a freash start with the littlerain program. I say this for I did as you said and extracted all of the 5 foler's to the 5 programs and instead of there only being a few files in each folder I have like say, well, pocketcm is like 30-40 images etc and I don't think this is right. As for the weather panel, even though I downloaded the fixed cab file, can you say bad luck, I still get the auth failed everytime and the dll fix does not seem to work here? However, it is on my today screen with rltoday and I am not sure how but the weather forecast is on there when I hooked it up to windows mobile device center. So this is where i am at now. You have been incredibly helpful and I will sedn you a donation, seriously, if we can get this done. I will just await your reply what to do next. Kevin
