Instead of using jpg for background I created tsk for today screen image (320 x 240) and attach the result on my ppc

i am trying to map mobile shell menu to the program button and cant get it to work changed /spb mobile shell/menulancher.exe/ and it doesnt work any ideas how i can make this work please help
