Ok lets start from the begining... I suggest you download the basic black in the first post instead.

Once downloaded make sure that you copy the "original" folder to the HHC icons's file, and the "s2w basic black" folder in the Rltoday folder where ever you have it in your device, hopefully not on your storage card.

Now make sure you unchecked "UL" from the list in the today settings.

Next go HHC and in appearance choose from the options (bg) "transparent" and in (icons) "original". In tabs make sure you deactivate "home" from the selections provided... also make sure you check "default weather". Save your settings.

In UL make sure that you follow the directions in the readme file I provided for the appropriate settings.

After that, go back to today setting and check UL. Make sure UL is below Rltoday.

This should work.

I see the problem you didn't deactivate "home" from the options in "TABS" in your HHC. Just activate weather if you want the look in the first post for the blackdrop theme...

Or for the basic black you can activate all on TABS expect for "home".

BTW this is important when you go back to HHC make sure that you uncheck Ul from the today list. Again this is important, you will just get errors if you don't do this. Once UL is uncheck you go and make the changes within HHC. When that is done... you go back to the today setting and check UL.

No it didn't do anything but I'll start from the beginning with a hard reset and see what happens... Cause it didn't work for me... I dont mind the reset since I just updated my mogul... So, I'll get back to you after that and hopefully the problem is not there after that... I used the 3 programs you got posted on the first page and I had htc-home.newforce-extra and htc-home-customizer.0.8b.newforce installed as well... Maybe i shouldn't have them installed... I'll get back to you tho... Thanks for your help...

I guess I dont see what u are looking at... cause in HHC in "tabs"... Home, Contacts, Launcher, Music and profiles are in the inactive box and Weather is the only thing in the Active box... So maybe I'm not lookin at the right screen when I think I have everything set up right...

Sorry to hear you are having much trouble getting the theme to work. But keep in mind that when making any changes within HHC you must first uncheck it from the list of your today settings. Meaning if you have it already as a tab in UL you must uncheck "Ultimate Launch". After the changes in HHC you save and check back UL.

Could anyone who downloaded the theme post if they had problems or were the instructions on the read me easy enough to get it working.

ok i think the problem is that when you unchecked UL, made the changes and rechecked UL and press ok, it dnt really effect the settings because the deactivation of UL dnt really take effect
once again simple steps bro to get it working for you

1 go to settings/today, uncheck UL and check HTC home on your today (PRESS OK TO MAKE THE CHANGES EFFECTIVE)
2 check your today screen to see if you have HTC home active but not within UL (ok now you can change the settings)
3 go back to settings/today and in the HTC home section (not the today checklist, check the bottom and you will find a slab that says HTC home) and uncheck everything exept the weather tab and press ok
4 check your today screen and see if the changes you made took effect
5 if they did, then go back to settings/today and uncheck HTC home and once again check UL
6 those changes should have taken effect in the HTC home within UL

ok I'm new to this but how do I get the ultimate launcher? I tried getting it from http://www.ultimatelaunch.de/ but for some reason it won't let me download it from handango.com. Is there anywhere else I can get that software from?

S2W and Mike20pr... Thanks for yall's help on the matter however it just isn't working for me... I have noticed that the UL that I have is a trial version that is why it said 'not activated' on the bottom part of my screen. And I only know that because I got an email askin me to buy the full version... I followed both of yalls instructions on the matter however nothing really happened for me... I was able to remove the 'not activated' by unchecking and checking the UL in the settings/today but that was bout it. The clock would still be there if I tapped the blank empty space... Guess I'm going to have to let this go... Nice theme tho... Maybe I'll try again lata...

I am developing 2 updates for those that might have had problems with HHC and my theme.

The main update is a version using only Rltoday.

Also for those who didn't have a problem with the setup, I am also creating one for Rltoday and UL.

In this particular upgrade I will be using weather panel which most have knowledge of and a great app posted on this site for download. The theme I am using is shine TS creatd by zalman and give complete credit and thanks to for his theme for weatherpanal.

What I am trying to do is work with what we have on this site that works well with our devices. So that whom ever downloads this theme could enjoy the benefits of a great layout.

I would appreciate any imput in the regards.
