hey how did u get urs to look like that..I think I like urs better..I want the Prog. Launcher and the Ringer Set..or what eva its called..for some reason the Prog. Launcher (the icon in the middle) doesnt work..i get an error when i click on it...its a "HTCPrograms" Error...and im not sure on how 2 fix this...

just go to Rltoday and in the skin xml file, edit the path from "HTCprograms exe" to where ever you have your programs exe located in your device.

Im sorry Im kinda lost :scratch: ..well not totally lost but Im not sure on how to actually edit the "skin" file..and not only that which skin file am I editing.."default" or "HTC Blackdrop"..I have Resco Reg. do I used that to edit it?..and again if so..how do I edit it?...I jus want the bottom part of ur last pic from the screenshot...o at least be able 2 use that in place of the "Middle Icon" from the Home screen...Please Help..Thanx

Here is a basic layout I have of the s2w black theme. None of the buttons, just a simple theme with miss calls, emails, and sms count. Click clock to alarm settings and date to Calender.

I have the button layout set to weather, programs, music, and profile. You can set your own with HHC.

BTW the background is incorporated with Rltoday. So you can choose your own background to match.

well if you mean the launcher and the profiles setup in the bottom, that doesnt have to do with the programs button on rlhome its the htc home, i removed the bottom tray to have room to have the buttons on the bottom to toggle between tabs, i only disabled the clock tab in htc home. ill post the .exe to remove the bottom tray when i get home cuz im at the pool hall rite now lol

Im really getting fustrated becuz I still cant get this to work for me.. how you typed ur explantion is simple to understand but when I think I got it...I dont...I cant find the Icons you have at the bottom...Im at the point where I feel like I dont even know what Im doing anymore.. ](*,) ...I think I know what to do...but its us not clicking 2gether for me yet...so If you may...Can you please explain is more detail...
I'll say this much...when I press and hold on any of the icons and click on options..then go to "Apps"..I see a list of Apps and their locations (Wmplayer, Comm., Iexplore, Calc, Word and Excel) but only two of them has sumthing to do with the homescreen (Wmplayer and Iexplore)..is this where I am to edit and or create the new links? :scratch: Please Help...Thank so much..I dont usually have this much trouble modifing other things on my phone..but this one is kind tough..again..Thanks for the help..

THE BOTTOM ICONS ARE HTC HOME BRO NOT RLTODAY, SO ITS USELESS TO TRY TO GET IT TO WORK IN RLTODAY SETTINS. JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET IT TO WORK

1-IN YOUR DEVICE GO TO SETTINGS/PERSONAL/TODAY/HTC HOME AND YOU CHOOSE ALL THE TABS YOU WANT TO APPEAR (EXEPT HOME TAB) THIS INCLUDES THE MUSIC, LAUNCHER, QUICK DIAL, PROFILES
2-OPEN HTC HOME CUSTOMIZER AND DOWNLOAD THE "SQUARE GREY" ICONS TO HAVE THE MATCHING ICONS
3-GO TO ULTIMATE LAUNCH SETTINGS AND CREATE A NEW TAB WITH THE HTC HOME PLUGIN, AND THEN GO TO DISPLAY SETTINGS AND SET THE ULTIMATE LAUNCH FIXED PLUGIN HEIGHT TO 150
4-COPY THE "REMOVEBOTTOMBAR.EXE" IN THE ZIP ATTACHED TO THE WINDOWS/STARTUP FOLDER IN YOUR DEVICE
5-SOFT RESET
