Re: Anyone have nice themes they want to share?
Just a few simple themes I have made. I change them quite often, and will post others themes soon.
They are a combination of the UL and Rltoday interface.

Re: Anyone have nice themes they want to share?
Been working on a new skin for rltoday. Pretty simple looking and not too complex. Its a modified version of a WM7 theme I found by Doc3000. All credit goes to him. Wanted one with weather integrated in so I would not have to install an additional application to get weather. This one shows the current weather for the city of your choice. I Like the WM7 panels so stayed with that. It requires MortScript to run the weather feature which is a modified version of SimpleWeather script. Credit to emerym and others for this. The icon folders are for the icons the weather script uses to create the icon on the rltoday screen as seen in the screenshot. I also included a scheduler Mortscript script to use to update the weather application hourly. Utilizes the notification queue. You can update the weather manually by tapping the weather icon as well. The icon will change as the current weather changes. The script included does not have a redrawtoday in it so now I manually refresh rltoday skin. I use rltoday with Ultimate Launch and it messes up most of the time using the redrawtoday command. Also includes clocks for different timezones and a calendar. Heres how to use the skin:
1. Unzip the archive and copy the WM7Weather folder to your \Programs\rltoday directory 2. Edit the SimpleWeather.mscr. Add the Zip code for your location and the desired units (F or C) as well as the weather image paths. The wm7-weather.png is the one used for the today screen image. 3. Edit the skin.xml file to add the banner text you want. 4. Add the WeatherScheduler.mscr to your \windows\startup directory as well as to \Storage Card\Scheduler\ directory. Also add display.mscr to the \Storage Card\Scheduler\ path. 5. Change your rltoday screen to use WM7Weather skin. Also included a WM7 Windows Mobile blue theme. Enjoy and go easy as this is my first skin. Last edited by rfranzke; 03-04-2009 at 11:25 AM. |
