I need icons for claunch iphone theme

I used cluanch and phonealarm to create the theme but i need some better icons. Any ideas on where i can locate some cool icons or a good icon creator

ive been looking for new icons cuz i cant trim the edges with the program i use, damn nobody????

this theme is rather popular i cant believe that theres no icon packs to back it up, just in case they have to be 32x32 BMP format to fit and display properly, i just want the rounded edges otherwise id make my own. PLEASE ICON MAKERS HELP US OUT
