help with grumps iphone

i really love this app. its exactly wat im looking for, except nothing really works, like it comes like this;
Lock--calender--Photos--Camera
Calc--Battery--Browser--Contacts
Explorer--Clock--Solitaire--L Search
Phone--SMS--Email--WMP

except the lock doesnt work [even tho i have the right prgm in the right spot??] the contacts doesnt work [i dont like pcm contacts, and i cant figure out how to use the original] and i wanna replace Solitair with a "games" folder, and also replace Lsearch with Settings, but when i followed all the steps and tryed it, it gave me this message;
"Error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException"
and then the buttons stop working.

help plz!!!!!!! i just wanna customize lol
