WOW!!! i really like this layout...but i am such a noobie to this...how do u put peoples pics on the top like that?? and how do u put arrows on the sides next to teh picture??? is it possible to write a How-To guide to this exact layout??? can anyone help me out???

if u have a treo 700 its on today settings/items. if u have a diff. device look for treo pic dial or something like that on the software section.
