just about to give up... mogul is still stock... seems like i'm not doing anything right. Any suggestions, i just want my phone to look different!!!!!!!!! I dont have anything fancy on it... at all.

drag the cab to you phone then run it (click) on the cab. thats how you install it. to run just click on the icon in program folder.

they are already installed in My Documents i unzipped the cab "files4mogul" and they went into My Documents (APLauncer.exe, Biotouch.exe, and CustApLauncher)
