how do i get to my "action screen"?

I'm using a Sprint Touch and my cube is changing sides choppy, It will be on side 2, ill swipe to side 3, it will display the incorrect graphic for a sec. then blink/flicker and have the correct one up, any way to fix that?

Also in PCM my sms (sent / recieved) convo bubbles are display like colored boxes and not bubbles at all. just like a colored text box...any fix?

Anyone else having this/these issues?

I download everthing and it worked great but the action screen doesnt show up on my cube and also my vista background doesnt work

Looks great there was alot of hard work up into this. I do have one ? I have he Sprint 6800 is there anything I need to know before installing this on my phone, and if so what will not be working when I am done. I am new to all of this.
