How do you install a rar file to the treo?

A .RAR file is basically a .ZIP file, it's just a different type of compression. I think there's a program called PocketRAR to processes RAR files on the device, or find a program that will do it on your desktop, like ExtractNow.

I looked for the theme pack online but was unable to find it does anyone have it or have a link for it??

Here's the official HTC green theme, which I personally prefer over the Microsoft one.
