Yeah they are real nic do you need to install anything to make the animation work? Do you need animated today software? Because I tried them and won't get any animations on the today screen or in WAD. Any help is appreciated in advance.

No... just download them. Use Schaps' Advance Config to make one a start up screen... pretty neat stuff.
