Newbie needs help making theme

I have the MS theme generator 2.0 plus the Spb "extended theme" addon, which I thought would fix this problem for me but didn't...

I created a theme and the start menu "navigation" bar colors and the soft key "command" bar colors were totally ignored when I enabled my new theme...

How do I make the colors showing up in the theme generator actually show up on my 6700?

I tried the Microsoft theme generator and really didnt like it. I have been using ThemeGenCE for a little while and like it alot...You can review your changes as you go. I linked it at the bottom of this post...

The only problem I have had with it is getting it to have to right size for the screen. It took me a little bit to find it but its there. Then it wouldnt let me save it but that was because I only had one picture loaded and I needed four. Just a little set back but it works great..

Well, that program is very confusing for me so far... Seems like a jumble of functions just thrown in together :X

I found the WM5 hue changer dealy, but I can't find out where to change the brightness of the color im picking.

I have made two themes for my HTC VOGUE, my problem is that I cant make them with plain black task bar color. I can only make it with the WM6 style. I really would like to have them modified by someone who can to the plain black bar. I have posted links to these two Themes on that post.

They are two variations of a theme dedicated to my late sister who p***** away a year and a half away from Cancerous Tumors at the age on 24, two weeks after her b-day. Thanks in advanced to anyone who can help.

Yeah like I said it takes a little bit to get used to. I just know it works to change those problems you were having...

It took me like 45 minutes to figure it out.
