Anyone have the jinks (no email) skin for PA?

All the links around send me to the PA forum which has bunch of links down. Also, what do you guys use to make and alter skins? Is it a similar process to messing with themes?

I found that skin and it isnt bad but not exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for the help though. I am trying to find larger transparent buttons for a real clean look.
