you need to extract them on your home computer and then copy and paste the correct folders on your ppc

I want to create my own them using WAD. How do I get stared? Do I need to create a skin using WA3 first? Alsso, I wanna have the Vista start menu and icons you used in theme, but I want to create everything else. Is that possible?
