you actually need to make these 320 by 320 with the art centered in the 240 x 320 area if you want it to view properly when starting in landscape mode..

guys! might sound lame but: how do u change the bootscreen? should i look into the registry or is there a convenient tool to accomplish the task?

its been awhile since ive done it but i think you rename it welcomehead.96.png (you may not see the .png because it should already be in that format) and place it in the windows folder. you are gooing to need a file explorer like resco so that you can overright the original rom file.
