Ok, here you go. Attached shellres.96 with your new start-icon instead of the superman-icon.
You know how to change it on the device?
First of all: I think you have already installed the sdkcert.cab, haven't you?
Ok, then:
1. Copy the file to the sd-card (or has Samsung an internal storage?)
2. Rename the old one in the windows-folder to shellres.96.dll.bak
3. Put the new file into the windows-folder (use an advanced file-explorer like TotalCommander or Resco...)
4. Softreset
After that you can delete the *.bak
