Pure black start bar

I was wondering if there is any way, with windows mobile 6, to have a pure black start bar and bottom bar without using some kind of other application to do it?

Not without additional software but I did run accross one that could change it to many different colors including black. Forgive me for not searching for you but if it is not here then it is over at pdaphonehome.com

the iphone.tsk file in the iPhone theme by Torx does it. both navigation bars are black. its perfect. if only the startmenu was black too... but yah, check it out, just a regular today theme, black background, black navi bars, simple, no other programs required.

I wish a theme creator software had this ability to make a black wm6 bar.... wm6 needs a good theme creator software.... but i guess since wm6.1 is on its way with a different look the ppl who make the software feel why bother... the wm5 software is mostly capable...

I'm glad we have RC mod... but it would be nice if whenever I changed my wallpaper i didn't need rc mod to change it back to black....
