changing icon please help

i got's the grumps iphone theme and wanted to change the calc. icon into youtube icon i don't know what to do i know how to set the EXEcutable link and i thought the pic should be pretty easy but it gives me an error message every time and no images thanks in advance

Ok this is common for changing icons basicly I assume you have already retrieved an Youtube icon to swap out the calc icon, so now all you have to do is navigate to the folder where you stored the Iphone theme, navigate to the theme folder in the iphone sub folders and you simply copy and paste the youtube icon into that folder. now go back to your theme editor and the youtube icon should now be an available option to use. That simple.
