What is it that you are trying to install. Basic themes have a .tsk extention to them. Save them to you device and then go to Start Menu->Settings->Personal->Today. Here select your theme and then hit ok. But to get more specific help we would need to know what you are trying to install/do

I'm not familiar with that app, can you provide more info. Where it was obtained or what is inside the zip. Is it similar to pPod?

iPhone Theme by Torx-Tevelopment v0.3
NOTE TO ALL USERS
This theme like many others may require some tweaking and tinkering because not all devices and os installs are the same. Wisbar theming is not for the noob at heart, so if youre looking for a quick setup try itask or grumps iphone. These theme require basic knowledge of using wisbar products. Thanks.

**v0.3 Update Telco Icons added and misc adjustments**
**v0.3 Update Notes**
- Several icons were updated in height, size, and color, telco icons added to "iPhone" folder so delete the original and replace with 0.3. Go into settings/wisbar theme and/or delete the old 0.1 or 0.2, and install and find 0.3
- Icons are custom2(tmobile), custom3(at&t), custom4(sprint). Goto Wisbar Settings/Taskbar and choose your carrier in the "Button Name", Make item visible, and Choose Align LEFT.
- Blue Batt charge icon still exists, it was just fully charged in picture taking.
- Also a new WA3 version has just been released for Nov 13, v3.1.0.3, so make sure you update for the heck of it!
- Enjoy!

-----------------------------------
**v0.2 Update, Landscape added!**
**v0.2 Update Notes**
- Place the "iPhone_Landscape" folder in the "windows/themes/desktop" folder
A new landscape carbon springboard and landscape black background were added to the package of graphics in the Portrait folder. The landscape theme calls on the graphics in the portrait folder.
- For best results, change the phatphinger layout display to "Phat(240x320)+145.wpl". Since adding the landscape it doesnt fit quite right, this layout size looks good in both portrait and fits well in landscape.

-----------------------------------

Please read the readme.txt
Theres very important installation instructions regarding the order of installing the apps, wa3, and wad.

Feel free to throw out a few icon requests if you need some custom icons made for your apps. Ive slimmed it all down to the bare essentials to be space saving and fast loading. Buttons are "tactile" for that feedback feeling, wa3 buttons are tactile as well, and nice loading animation created too. All icons are included as well.

Enjoy and feel free to post bugs or general feedback.

Seems pretty straight forward in the Readme file in the iPhone_v0.3_by_Torx-Tevelopment.zip . But you would need a lot of apps that are not free and this theme seems that it would use quite a bit of RAM. Here is the info from the Readme.
And here is the correct link.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...rx-Tevelopment

Well first off you would need WA3 , WAD, PocketCM Contacts and Keyboard, Nargalzius' Iphone dialpad, Touch Calculator Skin, Newpod Media Player Skin, Marsware Weatherpanel Updated/fixed/Auth Fixed, StoryR's Phatphinger Weatherpanel Skin

1) Soft Reset, stop any current programs running.

2) Install the Nargalzius dialpad, reboot.

3) Install the Weatherpanel Auth Edition

4) Install the PhatPhinger theme, and icons to storage card. Disable weatherpanel in the
today plugins

5) Install Newpod, and select appropriately in WMPlayer

6) Install PocketCM and Keyboard if need be.

7) Copy iPhone.tsk to the windows directory, select as Today theme.

Enable Cleartype

Will the standard theme (tsk) basically changes the background and the color of the command(bottom) and the task(top) bars. There are some really cool ones over at XDA. There a also a lot of free websites that offer ppc themes, just do a google search for free ppc themes. Also a lot of people like the HTC home plug(today plug in) which looks like this

.
