Sprint Animated Logo

Hey Gang,
I need some assistance converting this SWF file to an Animated GIF file.
I would like 3 versions please.

Original size (black background)
120 x 120 for avatar (black background)
32 x 32 for WM6 wait animated icon (black or transparent background)

I tried to do this myself, but I couldn't find a suitable program that worked well on Vista.

I can prolly do this myself i suppose. Maybe someone can point me in the direction of a free converter to go from a SWF file to GIF?
I could probably take the long way around too... SWF -> AVI -> GIF
Whatever... I just want this project out of the way so I can complete my ULTIMATE SPRINT THEME!

If you google for a free picture converter im sure you will find one, thats what i did to convert a splash screen startup image to png. Once you get that theme complete would you upload it. I am always looking for sprint themes because i work for them thanks!!!
