Request - Change sms text color?

I have a black and red theme for my phone, but would like to change the standard text color when using sms texting. When I send a text, it's a grey color, and when I receive from someone else it's black. Basically I'd like anything I type to show up as red.

I'm adding a pic of how it looks now, then how I would like it to look. I edited the pic in "paint" to show an example of what I mean for the colors.
