Touch Style KB Skin

I made a touch style KB skin. To replace the stock kb. I enclosed a cab file and an oem. (Fixed the cab file, it was installing in program files instead of windows.)

I downloaded the second file listed there with your UN in it and installed the cab. It is listed in add remove programs but I see no change in my KB even after a soft reset.
I am running Mobile 6 should that work on my phone anyway. HTC 6800. I love the look of the KB and any help would be great.

It could be one of two things. My cab was installing in the Program Files folder. I fixed it to install in the windows folder. But i have a 6700 and i am not sure if the Keyboard skins work for the 6800.
