You can install themes any where on the device. To use them fallow the directions from the WA3 manual below (start on page 5).

I have not heavily used WA3 since the public betas, and have not used Lazyboy's theme (don't like Apple). If you don't get any answers here. I would post your questions on the Lakeridge forums. Chris or one of the skinning gurus should be able to help you.
