Buggy Exterminator.
Found this and thought I'd share. Not really a game but developed by a PPC game developer.



It emits a high pitch sound adjusted to the Hz you specify, I would imagine developed to deter insects. Don't know if it works for scaring off bugs but I sure had fun messing with my dog.
