You may need to install the fmodce file attached here first.
Then install the .cab from the first post.

i can't find any cab or anything to install in the fmodce zip.

You just copy the extracted .dll files into the Windows directory on your device. There is no .cab in that zip file.

im sorry for my stupidity lol
ok so i..:
1. opened the zip file
2. used total commander to unzip the three folders to my internal storage memory
3. then i install the cab from the sunbug link from before
4. it still says the installation was unsuccessful

Here's another method. Just extract the attached files to a folder on your device and run the .exe. That should work better for you.

The same .GBA rom files that you would use on a regular PC emulator will work and are the only kind. You're on your own to find those though. Glad you got it going.

I managed to install this on my Touch Pro however I was unable to get any roms working.

I REALLY want a working GBA or SNES emulator =(
