Mogul v. Touch Pro. Which one?

Someone please help me. I just found my uncles Mogul, its flashed to cricket, only been used 2 months with no problems what so ever. Nothings different on it except provider's, everything on it is stock. My friend is offering me a cheap Brand new never used, not even out of the box touch pro for cheap because he hates touch screens and his dad got him the wrong phone. Ive looked on forums, websites and chats and can not choose which one to pick. Few important things id like are touchscreen vibrate when used, memory card slot of atleast 16gb, and possible software(not mandatory) that i can used to DOWNLOAD ONTO THE PHONE videos and music.(remember thats not mandatory but if possible id perfer the phone that can do that, other two are mandatory) Please someone tell me cons and pros of both phones and which They prefer and why? Thanks!

About the only thing the Mogul has over the Pro is battery life, which is slightly better. The Pro has way much more stuff on it.

Not even close. It's not really a fair fight to compare the two.
