Yes the screen is bigger 3.6 to 3.1 I believe

I'm not gonna complain about the back cover. Because there are always third party accessory makers that will make different covers.

I don't think itf the speaker because the other model does not have them.

The button below the camera is the mic mute button. The holes are (hopefully for cooling) otherwise not necessary. The TP2 has 2 speakers, neither pointed straight back (camera side). 1 on top (like original TP) and 2nd on side (opposite volume rocker buttons).

These look like holes to me.... And after seeing that pic I prefer the original battery cover...But I'll take what I can get....
