Re: BB 8830 vs TP
Well, just know, a Blackberry is more of a phone type thing than a TP.
I have a blackberry for work and a Diamond for home, and I hate the blackberry. Mostly due to the lack of decent (and free) software for it. And losing a touchscreen for a trackball, that's the biggest lose in my book.

Re: BB 8830 vs TP
I understand which is which. Just and internal debate I have with myself at this point.
Mostly Its very little internet surfing, Twitter, and Internet Sharing. I do have my phone setup for work, but I could care less at this point because I'm net getting any perks having my personal phone synced with work |

Re: BB 8830 vs TP
Something I tell folks considering a BB is that it utilizes a 3rd party email server to transmit your mail. This means your mail has to travel through RIM's (the parent company of BB) server once you send it to it's destination. Not so with WM devices. RIM suffered 2 or 3 email server outages last year, one of which was world wide. What this means is that even if your email server and the destination server are running fine,if the RIM server tanks, you're finished
