Tilt Screen

the tp2 has more than just a tilt difference. Higher resolutions screen, .8" larger screen, the keyboard looks phenomenal cuz the keys are larger and separated, making it MUCH easier to type even faster! Also, it has the newest processor, the 7600... In reality, its more like the Touch HD 2 cuz its much more similar to that phone but with a keyboard.

to tell you the truth, i would hold off on the tp2 aswell, unless money isn't an issue ever, cuz i remember reading that HTC is making the switch from Qualcomm to NVIDIA for their processors. Don't know what that is? Youtube "NVIDIA Tegra 650" That will show you the power of their new chip.

These current phone will ABSOLUTELY be "left in the dust"(karate134) VERY soon.

Any personal predictions when the TP gets left in the dust?

lol yeah, I've been layin off ppcgeeks and consentrating more on my gf and my degree... sigh, the sacrafices we make

I would predict, at the latest, june of 2010, so about a year from now. I was HOPING to see it by the end of this year, but HTC wanted one more hit i guess. But seriously, the NVIDIA Tegra chip WILL take over. Someone told me that Steve-Freakin-Jobs wants to use NVIDIA too...

So all I know, is within a year or so, this sh*t is gunna be cranked up to 11!

For example, take a look at the Next Generation iPhone. It will set the bar once again. Not only are they releasing the 3.0 software in a couple of days which allows for cut/paste and practically everything we loved more about our WinMo phones (there's a pretty large list, search digg.com and you'll find it) but that next gen iphone will have not 1, not 2, not 3... but 4 (F-O-U-R) PROCESSORS!!!!

I can only imagine what HTC is going to do to step it up. We will be amazed. Period.
