ACTIVATE Alltel HTC TOUCH Pro onto the Verizon's Network
I was not sure where to post this and I cannot find a straight answer on how to do this so i figured I would ask the question.
I have an alltel touch pro. I would like to activate onto the verizon network, i have tried *228, verizon online, and also in the store. I know it is possible to get this to work I just don't know what I need to do.

I know this doesn't help much. But the conversion to Verizon of the Alltel network should be completed by the end of summer. At which point all Alltel phones will be able to be activated on Verizon.

That thread was shut down a couple weeks ago since vzw plugged the hole in their database that allowed you to trick their system into taking a non-vzw phone. I would know since I had to switch to spcs just to keep my phone working. (Plus they lied to me multiple times so leaving them didn't really break my heart
